1. Digital service, no physical shipment

Vecktor is a software-as-a-service product. There are no physical goods to ship and no shipping or courier charges. All access is delivered electronically over the internet.

2. How access is delivered

  • Account access: available immediately after you sign up and verify your email, at vecktor.in.
  • Paid features & credits (once launched): activated on your account instantly on successful payment confirmation, typically within a few seconds and no later than a few minutes.
  • A payment receipt and confirmation are sent to your account email.

3. If activation is delayed

If a payment succeeds but your credits or plan are not active within 30 minutes, reach us through our Contact page with your transaction ID. We resolve activation issues on priority. Refunds for charges where the service was not delivered are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service availability

Delivery of the service depends on internet connectivity and the availability of our platform and third-party providers (authentication, the exchange, cloud hosting). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; see Terms §11.
