1. Grievance Officer (DPDP Act, 2023)

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Rules, you can raise any data-protection grievance with our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve within 15 days.

2. Who you are contracting with

Vecktor is a non-custodial crypto trading tool operated from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Vecktor is the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act and the contracting party under our Terms.

3. Response times

We aim to reply to support within 48 hours on business days. Data-rights requests under the DPDP Act are answered within 30 days (see Privacy §6).
